NORMAL SHIPPING TIME

US Shipping: 3-5 Business Days

International Shipping: 5-20 Business Days

Products fulfilled outside of US: shipping will take 14-21 business days.

Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.

How long will it take to process my order?
Order fulfillment takes 2-7 business days to create custom apparel products. Non customized apparel products takes 2-5 business days.

Do you have a physical location?
We are currently only an online boutique.

No Refunds Exchanges ONLY
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9945 Lurline Ave, Apt 226, Chatsworth CA 91311, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
